The apartment is located 5 minutes walk to Leamington Spa centre in a leafy residential area and just 10 mins walk from the train station. A handy corner shop is 2 minutes walk away, with large Sainsbury’s and Lidl supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive away.

On the ground floor, there is a large bright and airy living room /diner which is the heart of the apartment and a great space for dining and spending time together. Luxuriously furnished the living space has seating and dining for 6, a large sofa, marble style nest of coffee tables, and full access to an included Netflix subscription through the wall mounted 40″ smart TV. Throughout the apartment, you can enjoy unlimited internet access through a high speed wi-fi connection.

Two hotel quality single beds each with their own beside table and lamps. The room also benefits from a desk and reading lamp. In this room you’ll also find the hairdryer and wooden clothing rail. The beds can be brought together and linked to make a superking bed upon request.

Bedroom Two (second level)
There is double and single hotel quality bed in this room. Each has bedside tables and lamps and there is wooden clothing rail for storage.
